Kaltiot offers affordable solutions for construction site condition monitoring. The base service monitors air temperature and relative humidity (RH). Air pressure and dust particle concentration can also be tracked.

The solution uses 100% wireless sensors that can be easily installed almost anywhere. Sensors are affordable and their batteries last the entire project duration.

How Are Sensors Installed?

Sensors are typically installed when indoor climate control is needed to ensure the correct temperature and humidity for structural drying and interior work such as floor and tile installation.

Sensors can be attached to a wall surface or taped to a ceiling fixture location. Data collection begins immediately after the sensor location is registered in the control panel.

Benefits

01

Optimize Heating and Reduce Costs

Heating costs can exceed €10,000 per month in large construction projects. Real-time sensors detect open doors, building envelope leaks, or inadequate ventilation — enabling quick correction.

02

Predict and Accelerate Concrete Drying

With precise historical condition data for each room, you can predict more accurately when interior work can begin. Optimal conditions throughout the building accelerate drying.

03

Optimal Conditions Ensure High Quality

Centralized automatic monitoring in every unit is more accurate than manual measurements at a few points. Correct conditions minimize the risk of mold and structural moisture.

04

Reliable Data

Typical accuracy: relative humidity ±2%, temperature ±0.2°C, air pressure ±1 hPa, fine particles PM2.5 ±10 μg/m³.

05

One System That Grows With Your Needs

Start with temperature and humidity monitoring, then add dust, air pressure, equipment location, and worker tracking later.
