This satellite locator connected to the ODB port of vehicles also includes an accelerometer to determine driving style. The device supports a total of 32 records sent by different ODB ports. In addition to location, the device can be used to transmit information about fuel consumption and quantity, kilometers driven, operating hours and countless other parameters to the service. This device can also act as a BLE gateway for other BLE tags that travel with or in the vicinity of the vehicle. The device has a small maintenance battery but must be connected to the vehicle’s ODB port in order to function.
